Your new role

As a member of the Customer Service team you will play a key role in making sure their customers are being provided with the best possible service on a day to day basis. This is full time position on an initial 9 month contract with the view to transition into a permanent role.


Your skills and experience

  • Ideally you will have 1-2 years prior customer service/retail/hospitality experience or are a recent graduate who is keen to learn
  • Strong communication skills should be second nature to you
  • A genuine passion for helping others and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
